Finally, A Public Holiday!

I am obsessed with The Greatest Showman songs - especially Tightrope, Rewrite The Stars and A Million Dreams. My favourite character is Charity although I think she is so underrated! When she said she wished for happiness like this forever, I teared up even though it was early on in the movie.

Interns introduction session!

On Monday during lunch, Wisnu was trying to sell me his portable stove, but I told him that I already have one. "Imagine having two stoves..." Hahaha, Wisnu, no. My kitchen is small enough as it is. I also had lunch with my usual gang on Wednesday. We ate at Makang, which I have never ate at before, and the nasi dagang I had was yummy! I liked that the curry was a little sweet; it complimented the slightly sweet and sticky rice. I was feeling quite full after that.

Only RM9 which is considered affordable in Cyberjaya.
The chicken and curry is covered by the egg, but trust me, the chicken was a good size.

This week was a really busy week, more so than the last, and I had a headache because of the constant state of staring at the computer and solving problematic files. I have learnt loads. Thankfully, by the end of the week, we managed to send two episodes for full render. That feeling was priceless.

Pantry~

I think this may be my favourite view because it's so clean and dreamy.

Recently, more interns are eating at the pantry too. I guess we are all becoming more broke than we were. By the way, I moved on from the NG magazine and came across this book that resonated with my every cell:

Yes.

I like the narrative of this book because it feels like someone is chatting with me. It has a casual tone to it, so I can slowly read as I eat.

This week, the company arranged an animation class which is basically a session whereby the animators discussed issues that are commonly faced, tips for animating, and the likes. It was held at the end of the work day so we had to stay back a bit. If there are more of these, I don't mind joining! The class ended earlier than planned and Babe was still at PJ, so my supervisor offered to drop me back home. I declined as my sis was already on the way. It was nice of him though.

The bean bags and low lighting made me feel so comfy...

Eli's host sister, Honori, came to Malaysia this week! We had dinner with her after my work. She was easygoing and could speak a little English, so with our sub par command of the Japanese language, we could communicate okay-ly! It was my first time meeting her.

Friday, we had Good Friday holiday for my company! YAS. Babe and I went to the Botanical Garden (which was surprisingly close to my rented place) for a morning jog. Luckily he set the alarm to go off early because we ended up stuck to the bed for another hour. My stamina improved, which made me happy!! I didn't have side pains, dizziness or breathlessness - it has been too long since I felt this free. Maybe about 7 years. For me, this was a big deal. My legs and butt were super itchy from the jog though. Every time my feet hits the ground, I could feel the impact climbing up my legs, making them itchy so I stopped to scratched it every now and then.

Breakfast!

I know it's not good to take cold drinks with oily food, butttttt. Sometimes you gotta do what you want to do. And what I wanted was a cold-ass drink.

You know, sometimes I struggle with keeping a still face when I just want to dance to music in my earphones. It's killing me. Also, there was once when I tried listening to Weylie on Youtube, and when she suddenly said "It's Weylie motherfucking Hoang," I tried my best to not burst out laughing. 'Twas a good memory.
