Study week starts next week so classes will be finished. I have animation and 3D modeling submission next week and I am grateful that I only have 2 submissions left because I can chill a bit.

Thursday
I spent half of yesterday doing 3D modeling and then spent the rest with sis, Panda and Aarun. We tried out the newly opened Wendy's in DPulze for dinner; the atmosphere is pretty nice! In the afternoon, we tried out Monjo at Shaftsbury because their lunch set promotion is quite worth it. RM9.90 for a main dish (chicken), plus sides (rice, spaghetti or salad). It was so yummmmy. Aarun slept over again and we watched Saturday Night Live until we feel sleepy. Aarun was twerking on my bed and I was like please go out and don't taint my bed! We were thinking how we should sleep and out of impulse I said we 3 should spoon and then we laughed. In the end he had to sleep on the floor.
Wednesday Afternoon
Wednesday was a busy but productive day for me. I had lunch with Glue Studios (an animation studio) people along with some of my classmates (because my group got Best Pitch Bible and other groups that came won other things like Best Presentation and Most Promising IP). We sat there for quite some time waiting for the burgers because we occupied 4 long tables... I was getting zoned out at some point LOL, but I tried my best to chat. I sat with the producer of the studio, Mr. Tariq, and he told us about his work travels. Like my granduncle who also travels frequently for work, he said its really tiring. Well I guess when you're young and able, work travel seems like a fun and cool thing to do but after some time, it gets old.
Mr. Tariq asked for my name and said it was because I was so composed and not showing much expressions. Hahaha honestly that's just how I am. I really am enjoying the chat. I am really glad that I got this chance to have lunch with industry people as I got a sneak peek of the work life. Some much needed exposure. :) Thank you Glue Studios for organizing and inviting us to lunch!
Wednesday Night
On Wednesday night, I had dinner with TH and it was quite fun. We ate at Yoshinoya because we can refill the drinks and discovered a loophole to getting discounted drinks. When you buy food at Yoshinoya or Hanamaru Udon, you get 20% off Azuki Cafe, which sells drinks. BUT we also got the same receipt when buying the green tea because it is a add on to meals except we are buying it individually, so the receipt still says we are eligible for the discount. If you are thick skinned enough, you may try. You're welcome! :P
I said I wanted to pay for the parking ticket at DPulze (because he paid for my green tea, but I didn't mention it) and he also wanted to pay. In the end I was faster and I paid, yassss. He was like why u do dis. I realized I am eating a lot of junk food and soft drinks recently and TH is always joking that I'm getting, or is already, fat. I said who cares and he said yeah, who cares. I can eat all the things I want hahaha. > v <
Dance class was fun although not a lot of people came. It was the last dance class for this semester and I hope to see you guys again next sem! The room was really hot and filled with mosquitoes because the aircon was faulty, gahhhh. Regardless, we had fun at the post-class free dancing. I normally spare 30 minutes for free dancing whereby we can choose any song that we know and just dance with anyone who wants to dance. It's also a good chance to chat and catch up with other members when I'm not dancing.
Alright, pick up my pace and work on my assignmentsss!
