New In Japan, Autumn, Day 2 : Ameyoko

Wednesday

Short for Ameyokocho.

We were supposed to go to Ueno Park (we came out from Ueno Station) but couldn't find it. We wandered into Ameyoko, which is like a morning market! Turns out Ueno Park is at the other side lol.

#lostkids

It was busy and people laid out stores. From Google, people said that they sell traditional candies but I didn't see it as we stopped halfway and tried to find our way to our supposed destination. Ameyoko looks not so urban so its a bit different than everything you see in the city. It would probably be nice if we had some time to walk around.

Music everywhere.

I don't really remember what was there though; it was all a blur. @.@

In the end we finally went on our way when we found out where our bearings was, which wasn't easy as we couldn't figure out which side was the train tracks shown in Google Maps even though there is a super obvious train station there.

We had to cross something called the Panda Bridge to get to the park (which looks nothing like a panda).

Chili???
