Volume 7, Chapter 28, Page 195 (Walking To Dpulze & Party Dancing)

Wednesday, 15 July 2015

Nice date. :)

For the first time today, I walked from school to DPulze! It was quite fun as it was windy so no sweat! It was the 3 of us again and we went to eat boat noodle with our RM20 voucher and then went for Chatime for a buy 2 free 1 promo which will last only until July ends. Oh yeah, I woke up at 10 today and then slept again until 12 so I waited until lunch to eat my breakfast hahaha.

Crossed over to Street Mall to visit Master Art because sis wanted to buy card paper but IT WAS CLOSED as always. In my almost one year at the uni, I only ever been to Master Art once because IT IS ALWAYS CLOSED. Maybe when they hire people they stated that 'working hours are flexible'. So we went home back to school a little dejected but it's okay (we expected that anyway). Almost everything in Cyberjaya seems to close at 4pm. Lol.

We traveled on foot back to uni~

Not too long after we came back from lunch (and I finished editing a series of my group member's and my work), we went for dinner. Giang had planned to go out with his friends and invited us along so we're like "Okay".

Luckily the car is spacious but still to squeeze 4 of us at the back is kinda difficult. After a while I actually feel nauseous because I had had headache prior to dinner. James was there too so it is a consolation because we know him. So sis, me, Giang and James squeezed at the back. So... little... space... Whenever we turn, we try to fall to Giang's side so James will be squeezed HAHAHAHA.

But apparently Giang was too unexpectedly strong so James didn't get squeezed.

"Giang gets to squeeze with girls!" Stanley, the driver who reminded me of my granduncles, said. He isn't old, but the way he talks is like my granduncles lol. With so many guys (4 of them), we heard a lot of dirty and eww stuff that night. Especially from Stanley and James. But especially Stanley. Ew.

When sis and I were still in the room, I told sis about something I just thought about. "Jie, if they ask how we know Giang, said it's because he thought we are cute so he hang out with us hahahaha." "Okay!" #evil

And by luck, Stanley actually asked. I was surprised hahahaha!

"Eh actually how you guys get to know each other?" - Stanley

"It's because he thought we were cute." - sis

*flashes eye whites* - Giang

So that was the story of 'how he met us'. We all laughed over it. "If only it was that easy," Stanley said. "Come Giang, we go FOM to pick up girls."

"Erm a bit hard la. Admin girls are harder..." - Giang

"Oh, so you are saying FCM girls are easy la!" - Stanley

*glares at Giang* - me

It was a nice dinner but I didn't feel like talking much because my mood just doesn't want to. Ended up we went to dancing practice late but it was okay too because the room sis booked was occupied by FOE exam takers.

Dancing Senbonzakura (the more traditional, 4 person version) at first was hard for me mainly because I never did it in a group before. I learnt the dance a few days ago in a day (phew...) and practiced it everyday, especially the parts I tend to forget. I was waiting for this dance practice for so long I can barely contain it because I was so excited.

 And we did it today!

Except Aarun couldn't make it. He just finished his mid-term and he said he would come later but he didn't. He have plans, he told us over the phone, we said it's okay.

"Why do you sound so disappointed." No question mark tone, Aarun-style.

"No la, Aarun, it's okay. It's okayyy." - us

Hahahaha. We understood he needed time off after exam and is probably going to feel better if he hang out and yamcha or something after exam.

So it was just the 3 of us! :)

Giang's initial plan (I'm guessing) was to follow us to find our booked room and then go back to his room after we are safe and sound but he ended up staying with us until the end. #goodDad He said he didn't feel like looking at his FYP. I think he's quite bothered over it as it is quite complicated and a pain in the butt.

And so we have our Cameraman-Giang for the night. Probably our first ever guest to see our dance practice because our senior dance practices are quite private and nobody knows about it. I think. In my first sem, we used to go dance after Friday morning class. Aaaaahhhhh I miss those times.

Thank Eli for pointing out when I stand off my space a little as I wasn't accustomed to the dance yet and also we communicated our thoughts so the dance session went pretty well. By the end of it, we were quite synchronized so we were delighted. Infinite thankssss to Giang too, for recording our dances (he recorded even before we told him to haha) and just being there with us, seeing us being too crazy and idiotic and watching all those dance videos with us and even when we were attempting dances that we don't know - we probably look like 3 little weird person to him.

Also he gave us feedback on our dance so we quite productive.

When we decided that we almost are going back, the 3 of us wanted to dance without specs and let our hair fly free. We wanted to be crazy. So we did.

It was our best and we recorded again because we forgot some steps hahaha. The second time was even better. There is something special when you can't see clearly and don't have to worry about your rubber band falling - you feel the dance. It wasn't like I don't feel the dance usually, but it's a whole new level because you can't see anybody else and your hair is down and free and you just let yourself out. That's what happened to us and we felt the dance went better this way.

We did a weird pose specially for Aarun because he wasn't there, to show him we were. #mean

We recorded Lamb as well, without specs or tied hair because we wanted to try flipping our head to let our hair fly. Erm, it ended up with us laughing in some part of the dances and I had hair all over my face.

Conclusion of dance practice: Our feet were coal black.

End of dance practice!

Oh I remember, on the way back to uni, sis and I leaned onto Giang's arm in an evil plan to make his left arm numb because he had his left arm outstretched across the seat behind us. Using my hand to pin down his wrist and my head to press down on his forearm and sis on his upper arm, we stayed like that for a few minutes.

"Eh, numb already or not?"

"Yeah la."

After coming down from the car, his hand was really numb HAHAHAHA. He couldn't put it properly to make it feel better.

OK I feel so mean.

But oh well.

:)

And it was the first time I laid on anyone's arm - if that even counts.
