This time's OCs have a re-assessment by STAD, which they didn't used to have. So this means that once we get through the initial interview (shortlisted to about half the size of people who went for the interview), we have to go for a second interview by STAD. It's because they wanna make sure that the people who got chosen was in line with their vision and mission. Ken said they think 80 people is too much for the orientation, but all along it is that number of people. STAD never used to be involved in the orientation, though they do try to mix in (in which the OC people will ignore them).
It only creates heartbreaks if anyone doesn't get through the 2nd interview (as if the first one is not enough). I really really hope I get through this. If not, all my time would be in vain. Why do you have to do this...
I am the first one to go in; they asked us to write our names based on who arrived first but Ken asked me to write mine although he came first. At least I don't get nervous as much. I wasn't really nervous anyway, just puzzled.
We have to wait for the confirmation next week and if we got chosen, we have to go to STAD to get our offer letter. They make it sound so official omg...
We'll see; please!
