So glad that all my pictures for Photography are accepted today - and the last consultation too! Makes me feel like it was worth it constantly going out these past three weeks just to get the photographs. Tired, but I made it. :)
He likes a lot of my traffic trails photos, saying "I like this,", "This is nice,", almost every photo or so. He was surprised I still had more when he told me to stop and I keep pressing next and he saw the rest. He loves my bird panning pictures (even though the bird is in the bottom of the photo is both photos), exclaiming "This is something different; something not expected!".
Thank you, Jared, for the bird idea! He panned a bird too and he was so hooked on the idea. He even brought me to the butterfly farm to pan butterflies... (Which is quite impossible actually.) But at least this way I got a lot of practice! Too bad he didn't really accept the bike race pictures (he liked only one), so I was quite lucky I got the rare bird shot. I failed a lot and just got two lucky photos; so thankful. T^T And it was at the colourful playground area too. (He said not to pan black objects but my bird is black so I guess exceptions do exist.)
Gratefully he likes my light drawing too! I redid it, vertical as per instructed, and then he's OK with it. I'm just so happy now... T^T I don't have to worry about Photography anymore now. I said, "Thank you, Sir. Thank you, Sir," while he just looks at me brimming with joy (I guess). I honestly thought I would score really low for my Photography, or in the worst case fail, because I didn't put a lot of effort in it earlier as I was busy focusing on other subjects. I rushed in the final weeks. This will be a lesson for me to learn.
I went down to FCM Cafe later to show Jared all my 5 photos. He was obviously keen to see the bird photo.
When he brought me out, he kept saying he brings bad luck which was why I don't get nice photos when I got out with him. (I got a lot of great photos when I go out with Mom.) But Che Mat likes the traffic trails we went to take yesterday near Sunway so I guess he's a little luckier! I am just so grateful to him for bringing me out even though I didn't got a lot of accepted pictures from when I went out with him. None I think. But it was really fun and rushed and so exciting.
I told him I would treat him to food and he wanted Burger King. He actually didn't want me to treat him, and just pay for his petrol and some toll, but I insisted.
Halfway through the chat, my right earring got caught and fell and I kept scanning for it on the ground. She realized and soon the both of us were hunting for the earrings lol. Found out it was caught on my bag.
"My mother used to tie benang (thread) to the back of my earrings so it won't fall," she told me while demonstrating the action with her usual bubbly personality. Oh Madam, you so cute.
