I had a sudden palpitation just now after randomly jumping up with my legs folded behind me. I had it too during NS, though that time I was euthyroid for a while. I laid my hand on my chest and the sensation is so strong that it's a little frightening. What if I had been older and then had a heart attack or something? Choi, but you know. Out of curiosity, I measured my heart rate and it was a whooping 143 beats/min (it actually stopped palpitating a quarter into the measurement) - I think it could have reached 200/mins if it continued palpitating. /.\
Oh no, please don't come back. I want to be able to dance. :( Sometimes this palpitation is so stupid that it comes even when I just stand up from a chair. *sigh* I'm trying my best already so please work with me...
On another note, I spent the while day crochetting Joen's birthday present (a cat handphone pouch) and along the way, I figured out how to make a pouch without the opening becoming wider every line and also how to make a triangle (3 attempts). It was a very tiring day but at least I feel like I've done something.
