Struck with a realization today that my English lecturer may be reading my entries without me knowing because I have her in my Google circles for classroom purposes. When she used the projector today and the screen was on her Google page, Wawa noticed the pixelated picture I did on our first CG class linked to a blog post with that picture.
Waiting for Sarania to take the little plant we are going to give to the VIP, which will be planted at MMU itself~
Had a rushed day, literally. I feel like there is no gap between my activities. Even now (near to 12am), my day is still not finished. Have to complete my CG newsletter assignment by tonight (submission is tomorrow). We have been given one month plus to do it but we had only had 5% progress since last week and this morning I woke up early for the sake of this assignment. Started working on it while eating breakfast.
Being a leader, there are pros and cons. Like everything else. I can control my working time and the flow and direction of my group but at the same time, people will await your orders and they won't really start on anything when you don't say anything. I am a really busy girl, and I feel very guilty delaying my group assignment. So last week during the holidays, I had to speed work and launch the group discussion. Luckily we had some ideas beforehand already. *sigh*
Final Career Fair briefing just now!
We got our jackets (which will make us look like security personnels...) and our tags. Hope I don't mess up being a token and usher for tomorrow hahaha. Pretty exciting though.
Fascinated by the looooong cables.
While we were having our meeting, KC (the Assistant Director of Career Fair) suddenly yelled at someone concealed behind some booths and immediately ordered some people to block the entrance to make sure no one exits the hall. I was taken aback - he sounded really scary when he got angry. Then he asked girls to stand to his right and boys to his left.
"Who say you can sit!?" he threw at some people that sat. The lucky draw items were stolen and he demanded that we all be searched thoroughly. CK (the Director of Career Fair - I know, confusing names) looked panicked as he stood there in front of everyone.
"I want whoever stole it to admit it!" KC shouted. He said more stuff and added, "This all happened because of CK. It was his fault. It is because it is his birthday."
Everyone was stunned before realizing it was a birthday surprise as his friends came out from behind the booths holding a cake. We all sang a very unsynchronized rendition of Happy Birthday and he made a wish there and then. It was a little quiet because not a lot of us know him that well, but I was happy for him anyway. :) It was so sweet.
"KC just made himself seemed even cooler after what he did." - Sis.
