Work Diary: A No-Student Saturday

[Written last Saturday.]

He Jie came yesterday instead of today so I'm practically free now. In the morning, I went to the dentist.

I HAVE CAVITIES!! D:

Nooooooooo!!! I was proud that I never had cavitites and now I've ruined it by glomping down sweets and chocolates and being too lazy to brush my teeth at night these few days! Arghhh!

I only got to know about it today when my dentist told me. ;_; No wonder my teeth hurts these few days. But I filled only 1 teeth for the other is in the process of rotting but savable.

Yay! I can almost take off my braces already. :D I'm excited to see how I look like. LOL

Today today today. Surprisingly, there are not a lot of students. When we came back after having lunch, there were only 4 students. There is this girl, quite new, 5 y.o. - she's so cute! She's the student of the teacher that teaches young children but I often meddled with her kids because they are just so cute! OK la, maybe some people doesn't think kids are cute, but I love kids a lot. Well, most of them.

Oh, I am not having Kelvin under my wing now because I feel that he gets too familiar with me. That itself is not a problem, or the problem. Whenever he gets familiar with someone, he starts being disobedient and throw greater tantrums. I don't want him being too familiar with me because he disregards the gender barrier  and also he doesn't listen. If I am a distant person, he'd listen to me more, like how it was normally before I became his teacher.

And again, we close the door of  the computer room so he wouldn't think of getting in. Sis and I went in to get some things from the room, and cautiously so, and we locked the door just in case. When we were about to go out, we heard loud thumps nearby and we knew then that we couldn't go out lest we attract his attention. It took a while before we could go out. And when we did, it was by chance that he was in the drawing room and not outside, pacing around.

What I did 2 weeks ago with a younger sister of sis's student.

OK. I shall post what He Jie drew~

Last Sat

Yesterday

He kept saying that its hard to colour and all, but I think he's just an unmotivated and lazy little guy. Usually I'd draw an outline for him (whether it be in PS or on paper) and he'd draw the shape again, and then colour. It was hard for me to draw the dinosaur (because of that freaking thin head) so I asked him to light box it and then I scanned it for him. Working with kids enabled me to draw things without a lot of erasing and also concentrating hard while looking like its a piece of cake for me. @.@

Last week, my relatives came down from SG so we went to the Popular book fest in KLCC. YAY BOOKS!!! My hunger for books. My hunger... hunger... hunger... I bought only 5 books - 3 fiction, one non-fiction and a Sudoku book. Because it comes with a short, cute pen.

I had been wanting to buy The Ghost Bride for a long time!! I'm currently reading it now after finishing French Children Don't Throw Food and a Japanese-translated-to-Malay comic I bought from 7/11.

This is the version I have

This version is beautiful!
But I can't help feeling its a little too edited.

OK bye!
