On a Friday Afternoon

Taught my 7-year-old cousin how to ride the bicycle yesterday. XD Luckily for me, she was a thin girl and she was easy to manage. Laughed a lot when she fell down. After that, I decided to take her out for a ride.

Unfortunately, the bicycle was so much smaller than my size (it was meant for 12-year-olds) and the tyre was slightly punctured. Well, I didn't know that at first, my cousin did - no wonder it was so hard to pedal. <.< She stood on a metal rod protruding out from the sides of the wheels - which was made for passengers to stand I guess - and we set off.

After we came back, my 4-year-old cousin begged for a ride, so off we went again. I was not accustomed to having anyone standing or sitting behind and I had a hard time keeping a straight track Plus, I was afraid that she would fall back, so I asked her to hang on to me. XD

Weirdly and unusually after that, we went for a walk. With my neighbour, a Malay aunty next door. She was like "Pergi mana?" (Where are you going?) and I was like, "Pergi jalan-jalan." (Going for a walk.) So, she followed. It was me, my sis, my 7-year-old cousin and the neighbour.

We rounded a block of houses and back again to our own houses. Never would I thought the day would come when I would actually go for a walk with my neighbour. It was just... unusual. XD Anyway, it was a good thing; some neighbour-bonding eh?
